Tommys New Western Dry Gin Limone
The basis is our organic wheat grain brandy, which is burned in the spirit system with a slow, gentle process. 36 organic botanicals are used: ingredients such as juniper, lemon peel, coriander, cardamom, orange peel, violet root, licorice, ginger, cinnamon and many more. For this purpose, an aroma basket in the spirit system is filled with juniper, lemon, lemongrass and limes. The fire lasts approx. 8 hours for approx. 100l GIN
Tommys New Western Dry Gin Barille
Barille - the base is Tommy's Dry Gin with a subtle juniper note, but with a highlighted fruit note of apricot (barilla, apricot) + orange.
Tommys Dry Gin Barrique
Barrique - ist unter klassischer Tommys Dry Gin, aber für ca. 6 Monate gelagert in einem Barrique Eichenfass. Bekommt dadurch eine leicht goldene Farbe und eine angenehme weiche Fass Note.
